Overall professional agency. I went there because my parents recommended it to me. It was my very first apartment, I felt very good there and I really enjoyed living there. My manager MME.EYMARD always responded and was able to make herself available mainly by email. On the other hand, the increase in rent and household waste taxes meant that I was overdrafted for several months, which is not really their fault, but it is very unfortunate, especially with regard to the refund of my deposit... There is a remarkable difference between entering and leaving the premises! At the entrance, the check was quite quick and the advisor did not do the same checks when entering the accommodation as when leaving the latter. I was given an invoice of €90 to pay for two things which absolutely did not require calling a company! 1.) I was criticized for traces of "limescale" on the sliding doors of the shower tray (unlike the one when I left, the first shower tray was filled with limescale, the holes were blocked... I I had to invest in an anti-limescale product that I almost emptied in its entirety to be able to shower properly without having irritated skin), I cleaned it absolutely every day, after each use. It was just dried water marks... 2.) Cleaning the host. Host who was absolutely not checked upon my arrival but looked carefully upon my exit! I had cleaned it a few months before (oil/fat fell when I was cooking, that's when I removed everything, including the protective films which were still stuck on it). Which makes me wonder if the person before me had cleaned it even once!? The same goes for the WC. As a result, I should have been given a decent amount of money back, instead, I was deducted the bill of €90 (including €40 for travel expenses) from my deposit for two things that were not legitimate, This is professional abuse and a vulgar scam. Knowing that when I arrived at the place, the cupboards were full of dust, I had to wash the toilet three times because whole plates of limestone had lodged inside... Not to mention the balcony which had moss inside the railing, my first complete cleaning cost me aches and pains over three days and six hours of intensive cleaning. But people hold me accountable for things that are totally futile and which are, moreover, false. I asked to reread the report before signing it, the advisor pressed me to sign, so I was not able to check the exit inventory as I wanted! Apart from this episode, I was quite satisfied with the service provided by the agency, this does not mean that I will call on them again in the future. Pay close attention to your entry and exit inventory, bad faith is a must :)!
